Good news: shipping is always free in the Netherlands.

Every case is printed especially for you and is usually shipped within 24 hours of your order. After that, your package usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days. You see the estimated delivery date at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you automatically receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

30 days to change your mind
Not completely happy? You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your case. Contact us with your order number and we will send you the return address.

Your case must be unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of you notifying us of your return, using your original payment method. We may wait until we have received the case. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days.

Damaged, defective or wrong case
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Received a damaged, defective or wrong case? Contact us straight away, ideally with a photo, and we will send you a new case or refund you free of charge.

Exchanges
Want a different design or model? Return your case and place a new order.

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible. Small differences caused by your screen or the print are possible.

Your case is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is not right, just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
