Refund policy

30-day cooling-off period

Not completely happy with your case? No problem. By law you have 14 days to change your mind, but at Holdly you get 30 days. This period starts the day after you receive your order. Within this period you can cancel (withdraw from) your purchase without giving a reason.

How to return

  1. Within 30 days, email info@holdly.nl with your order number and the case you want to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
  2. We will email you the return address.
  3. Send the case back to us within 14 days of letting us know.

Conditions

  • The case is unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
  • You may inspect and try the case as you would in a shop. If the case has been used more than needed for that, we may charge for the loss in value.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipping method; the return shipment is at your own risk.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including any shipping costs of the original order, within 14 days of you notifying us of your return, using the payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the case or you have shown that you sent it back. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to process the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong case

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your case is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong case, contact us as soon as possible at info@holdly.nl, ideally with a photo. We will send you a new case or refund you free of charge. You do not pay any return costs in this case.

Exchanges

Want a different design or phone model? Return the case you have and place a new order. That is the quickest way to get your new case.

Cancellations

Every case is printed especially for you and goes into production right after you order. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel an order. You can still return your case within 30 days after receiving it.
