How do I know which case fits my phone?
Choose your phone model at the top of the page via "Shop your model". You will then only see the cases and versions available for your phone. Every case is made especially for that model.
What is the difference between MagSafe Tough, Magnetic Tough and Tough?
All three are sturdy Tough cases with the same print and a raised edge around the camera. The difference is the magnet: MagSafe Tough (for newer iPhones) and Magnetic Tough (for various Samsung and Pixel models) have a built-in magnet ring, so they work with magnetic chargers and accessories. Tough has no magnet and is available for all models.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Every case goes into production for you right after you order. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel an order. You can still return your case within 30 days after receiving it.
How can I pay?
You pay securely at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing: shipping is always free. We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
How long does delivery take?
Every case is printed especially for you and is usually shipped within 24 hours. After that, your package usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days. You see the estimated delivery date at checkout.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns and warranty
Can I return my case?
Yes, you have 30 days after receiving it to return your unused case. Email us at info@holdly.nl and we will send you the return address. Read more on Shipping & returns.
My case is damaged or not right. What now?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We will send you a new case or refund you free of charge.
Do I get a warranty?
Yes, you get a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights. Damage from a drop or normal wear is not covered.
