1. Who we are
Holdly is an online store for phone cases, based at Pleiadenlaan 1-126, 9742 NE Groningen, the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@holdly.nl. Our further company details are on the Contact page.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from Holdly and every order you place via holdly.nl. You can read and save these terms before you place an order.
3. Offer and prices
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Any shipping costs are clearly shown before you check out; see also our shipping policy.
- We do our best to show designs and colours as accurately as possible. Small colour differences caused by your screen or the print are possible and are not a defect.
- Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, are not binding on us.
4. The contract
The contract is formed as soon as you have completed and paid for your order. You then receive a confirmation by email. Because every case is printed for you right after you order, we usually cannot change or cancel an order.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. We process your order as soon as the payment has succeeded.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide with your order. Delivery times are in our shipping policy. If an order is not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel the contract free of charge and we will refund you within 14 days. The risk of damage or loss passes to you when you receive the package.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to change your mind after receiving your order. How this works is explained in our refund policy.
8. Warranty
Your case must do what you can reasonably expect of it. On top of that, we give a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, a drop or other misuse. Our warranty is an extra: your statutory rights always continue to apply.
9. Complaints
Have a complaint? Email us at info@holdly.nl with a clear description and, if possible, a photo. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your dispute to the competent Dutch court.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, photos and texts on holdly.nl belong to Holdly or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every contract with Holdly. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the consumer law of that country gives you.
