Order before 16:00? We aim to have your order on its way the next business day. During especially busy periods, it may take us a little longer to get your package ready.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Please keep in mind that weekends, public holidays, or unexpected carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery times.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us straight away so we can look into it and make things right.

Exchanges
Want a different item? The quickest option is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need some extra time to process the refund.

Product Colors
We do our best to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, or the materials used. Small differences in color are therefore possible.

Your case is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is not right, just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
